Job summary

Concept Plus in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a Trainer to lead OCI/Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer and operational readiness for client teams, ensuring Technical Advisors and Hosting Coordinators can operate independently.

The role emphasizes creating training content, runbooks, and onboarding materials, aligning documentation with deployed architectures, while meeting Section 508 accessibility and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Solid OCI and/or Cloud@Customer operational knowledge.
• Proven experience creating training content and delivering KT to enterprise/government audiences.
• Strong technical writing skills for runbooks and operational documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud operations and support processes.
• Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OCI training and knowledge-transfer engagements to client Technical Advisors and Hosting Coordinators.
• Provide Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, runbooks, and operational onboarding.
• Develop training materials, runbooks, and operational readiness documentation (Section 508 compliant).
• Support OCI integration into client tools including (not limited to) Lens, Match, and Helix.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to keep documentation aligned with delivered architecture.
