Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Server to elevate dining experiences at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role involves cash handling, teamwork with kitchen and bar, and maintaining a polished dining area in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong communication, fluency in English, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with prior serving experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally with attention to presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance the dining experience.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
