Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Server for Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club Miami, an oceanfront Autograph Collection resort. You will greet guests, guide menu selections, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a polished dining experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll deliver timely, high-quality service, collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, and help guests feel welcome from arrival to departure. The position requires flexibility and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
