Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a lively South Beach setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and apply menu knowledge while coordinating with team members to ensure timely service.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and professionalism in a fast-paced resort environment. Prior hospitality experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Formación

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
