The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is hiring a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service and thoughtfully recommend menu items. You will join a guest-focused team responsible for a warm dining experience, from greeting guests to processing payments and maintaining a pristine service area.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle busy service periods.

Competenze

• Required: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed
• Preferred: Experience with POS systems

Mansioni

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed
