Job summary

Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club in Santa Barbara is hiring a Server Assistant to join our dining team. This fast-paced role supports servers, maintains table settings, and ensures a polished service experience for Members and Guests at Butterfly Beach.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and adaptability in a luxury hospitality setting, with weekend/holiday availability valued. California Food Handler Card is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a polished environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for Members and Guests from arrival.
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
• Ensure tables are perfectly set and presentation standards maintained.
• Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling water and assisting with requests.
• Maintain clean dining areas, side stations, and service equipment.
• Learn Club menus, standards, and procedures to support the team.
• Communicate member requests and feedback to servers, kitchen, and managers.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Club service standards.
• Assist with special events and other operational needs.
