Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara, is hiring a Pool Server to deliver polished, high-level service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will greet members, anticipate needs, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in service, with a focus on safety and presentation. Flexible weekends/holidays and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and move objects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality by anticipating member needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service at all times.
• Greet members, learn preferences, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Take and deliver orders accurately with quality and timeliness.
