Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club in Santa Barbara invites a friendly Server Assistant to join our dynamic dining team. This role supports servers, helps maintain pristine table settings, and ensures a welcoming atmosphere for Members and Guests from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for Members and Guests from the moment they arrive.
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas efficiently.
• Ensure tables are perfectly set and presentation standards are maintained throughout service.
• Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready for a seamless dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling water, assisting with requests, and communicating with the service team.
• Maintain clean, polished dining areas, side stations, and service equipment.
• Learn Club menus, service standards, and procedures to confidently support the team.
• Communicate member requests and feedback to servers, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Club service standards.
• Assist with special events and other operational needs as required.
