Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits sincere hospitality and prioritizes member satisfaction.
• Remains attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Acts as a leader within the team by inspiring excellence and continuous improvement.
• Greets and interacts with Members, guests, vendors, and colleagues in a service-oriented manner.
• Responds promptly to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
• Sets up banquet and event spaces per event orders, including furniture, equipment, and décor.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
• Assists with breakdown and returns spaces to original condition.
• Organizes storage facilities for efficient movement of equipment and supplies.
• Collaborates with Food & Beverage staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Communicates member needs and feedback to management.
• Follows Club policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supports a safe and professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
