Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service in a vibrant South Beach setting. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a warm, memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 40–50 pounds as needed.
• POS system experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked; assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
