Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead and collaborate with the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with the Executive Chef on planning, staffing, and daily operations, while ensuring high standards of food quality and kitchen organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or above in culinary/hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen, hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and coordinate with Executive Chef on planning and staffing.
• Oversee daily food requisitions and specials; assist in hiring, training and coaching team.
• Contribute to menu development; manage inventory and ensure kitchen sanitation and organization.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and quality.
