Loews Miami Beach Hotel in South Beach seeks a guest-focused Recreation Attendant to energize pools, beaches, and fitness areas, ensuring safe, memorable experiences. You''ll welcome guests, support daily activities, manage equipment, and help create moments they''ll remember.

You''ll collaborate across Hospitality, Events, and F&B teams, assist with cabana reservations, monitor safety, and respond to incidents.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at pools, beach areas, fitness centers, and recreation desks.
• Host and support daily activities and seasonal events.
• Create a warm atmosphere while upholding Loews' understated elegance.
• Assist with cabana and chair reservations and setup.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns or escalate as needed.
• Monitor recreation areas for safety, capacity and cleanliness.
• Set up and break down daily equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service.
• Assist lifeguards and respond to emergencies within scope.
• Maintain inventory of towels and equipment; report losses.
