Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests across our oceanfront property in South Beach.

You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and baths, replace linens and amenities, report maintenance issues, and maintain a professional appearance while delivering friendly, guest-centered service that reflects Loews Hotels' commitment to comfort and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred in a hotel or resort.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report lost items and irregularities to supervisors.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use.
