Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant for our Miami Beach property. You will warmly greet guests at pools, beaches, and fitness areas, assist with daily activities, and help with cabana and chair reservations. Your role is to maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment aligned with our brand standards.

The position emphasizes safety, strong guest interaction, and teamwork with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• Lifeguard certification a plus depending on property needs.
• Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at pools and beach areas; share information on amenities and hours.
• Host daily activities and supervise programming across outdoor spaces.
• Assist with cabana and chair reservations; provide setup and towels as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to property rules.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
