The Lodge & Club in Florida is seeking a full-time Gym Front Desk colleague to greet members and guests, provide towels, manage check-ins, and support daily fitness center operations from arrival to departure.

You will maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and assist with safety, scheduling, and basic POS transactions while delivering exceptional hospitality. CPR/AED certification is required; training provided if needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required; certification provided if not obtained.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist members and guests entering the fitness center.
• Provide towels, locker access, and other guest amenities as needed.
• Answer incoming fitness center telephone calls, route calls, and take messages.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and fitness center environment.
• Learn and operate the POS system and process sales transactions.
• Register and sign in new members.
• Attend required meetings, training, and safety courses.
• Identify and report safety concerns and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.
