Job summary

The Lodge & Club is hiring a full-time Gym Front Desk colleague to greet members and guests at the fitness center, assist with towels, locker access, and front desk operations. You will handle calls, process sales, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Training and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• CPR/AED certification required; certification provided if not obtained.
• Ability to learn and operate POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests entering the fitness center.
• Provide towels, locker access, and guest amenities as needed.
• Answer incoming fitness center calls; route as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and fitness area.
• Learn and operate the POS system and process sales transactions.
• Register and sign in new members; assist with nursery operations when needed.
• Attend trainings and safety courses; report safety concerns.
