Baker's Cay Resort is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead our dynamic culinary operations at this oceanfront Florida Keys property. You will oversee multiple outlets, drive menu development, guest experiences, and service standards with a focus on quality and innovation.

The role requires a proven F&B leadership track record in hotels, strong financial acumen, and the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in F&B management, hotels preferred
• Interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team
• Create and execute unique F&B concepts
• Knowledge of industry trends and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage budgets and achieve financial targets
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations across outlets within the resort
