Qualifications

• College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality plating and service.
• Plan daily menus, specials, and inventory needs with Executive Chef.
• Hire, train, and coach line cooks; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate on recipe development and cost controls.
