Deutsche Post DHL Group's DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Ocean Route Development Manager USA – Transpacific ISC. The role targets NYC/CHI/ATL/HOU/MIA with other locations evaluable, driving SME growth and channel sponsorship to shape price and product strategy across routes.

You will collaborate with analytics, sales, and operations to execute growth plans, organize trade conferences, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy while leveraging strong communication and cross-cultural

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business discipline with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Strong ocean freight product and pricing knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and business development strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Cross-cultural competence and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable growth from new and existing customers, focusing on SME segment.
• Sponsor selected accounts at a national level to support commercial decisions.
• Define Ocean Freight product priorities and related business plans for routes and US territory.
• Evaluate and propose product-related services to catalyze growth.
• Organize bilateral trade summits and support in-country sales planning.
• Collaborate with trade analytics and market intelligence to support sales growth.
