Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5–10 years of related experience in ocean freight or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight product and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth from new and existing customers with a focus on the SME segment.
• Sponsor selected accounts nationally to facilitate escalations, pricing decisions, and customer satisfaction.
• Define Ocean Freight product priorities and related business plan for routes and US territory.
• Evaluate and propose product-related services to catalyze growth.
• Organize bilateral trade summits and support in-country sales planning and execution.
• Collaborate with trade analytics and market intelligence to support sales growth.
• Serve as a bridge between commercial teams/customers and Ocean Freight product team and operations.
