Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate to support NOAA OER contract work. Positions are full-time and may be on-site or remote, with travel for meetings and field activities.

The contractor will provide technical and administrative services for planning, coordination, and execution of ocean projects and partnerships. The role involves coordinating BAAs/NOFOs, defining requirements, mission planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while serving as a POC for reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating federal grant programs (BAAs/NOFO) and partnership activities.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and support ocean-related projects and partnerships.
• Strong administrative and financial coordination for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of ocean projects with NOAA labs, universities, and institutes.
• Support ship/platform operational capability requirements, mission planning, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Prepare and coordinate IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, and CI task orders; track budgets.
