Job summary

Lynker Corporation is hiring to support NOAA OER grants and internship programs. These full-time roles can be performed on-site or remotely, with anticipated travel for meetings, workshops, and field activities. Hiring is contingent on contract award under the Propel JV.

The contractor will provide technical, administrative, and financial services for grant and internship program management, from lifecycle processes to documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle support for grant and internship programs, including drafting SOPs, distributing announcements, reviewer management, and IT logistics for remote/on-site meetings.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain official grant and award files with all required documentation for submission and closeout.
• Develop and maintain tracking databases for all actions; coordinate meetings, webinars, and travel paperwork.
• Perform daily accounting and budgeting support, reconcile budget execution data, and highlight issues for negotiations.
