• Strong planning, scheduling, and budget-tracking abilities.
• Excellent liaison and document coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean project proposals and funding opportunities with NOAA labs and partner institutes.
• Provide technical planning support for ship/field operations and mission planning.
• Prepare and track IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, and CI task orders; act as project reporting POC.
