Job summary

Lynker Corporation seeks a Budget, Finance, and Procurement Support professional to help deliver analytical and administrative services for NOAA Ocean Exploration and Research. Position may be remote or on-site with travel to meetings, workshops, and field activities; employment contingent on contract award.

You will support budget, procurement, and financial functions, develop SOWs and technical specifications, and help prepare interagency agreements and documentation for government review.

Qualifications

• Experience in budget, procurement, and financial functions for government or large organizations.
• Ability to prepare financial reports, cost analysis, and spend plans.
• Experience supporting interagency agreements, SOWs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: prepare and maintain budget, procurement, and variance reports.
• Daily Financial: provide accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting services; reconcile variances.
• Meeting Preparation: generate cost adjustments and spend plans for Resource Review meetings.
