• Experience coordinating grants, proposals, and interagency partnerships.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of ocean-related projects with NOAA laboratories, universities, and cooperative institutes.
• Manage IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, and CI task orders; track budgets and funds distribution.
• Serve as administrative POC for project reporting and liaison for OER-PMEL partnerships.
