Job summary

DP World is seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent - Ocean Imports to build strong relationships with key customers and resolve issues, ensuring satisfaction. You will manage file creation, documentation, and coordination with airlines, ocean lines, and partner agents to deliver reliable service.

You will monitor estimates, margins, and invoicing while supporting export/import processes and emergency responses to keep transportation files running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• At least 3 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service.
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage file creation and services for freight forwarding and logistics.
• Assist with account start-up and liaison with sales for required documentation.
• Monitor weekly estimates, profit margins, and invoicing for compliance.
• Assist clients with export/import documentation to ensure proper execution.
• Provide flight/sailing details to guarantee information flow.
• Liaise with Airlines/Ocean lines to secure capacity and cost.
• Coordinate with DP World internal Network and external Partner Agents.
• Act quickly on emergency situations in Air/Ocean files.
• Network with Operations colleagues to support workflow overload.
