Jobot is seeking an Ocean Import Supervisor for a global freight forwarder in the United States. You will lead a team of ocean import/export specialists and oversee daily operations from shipment initiation to delivery.

You will train and mentor staff, coordinate with carriers, and serve as the primary ocean contact. Requires CargoWise experience; base salary ranges $80,000–$120,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ocean import or export operations.
• 2 years in a supervisor or team lead position.
• Experience with CargoWise operating system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of ocean import and export specialists.
• Train and mentor new hires; mentor staff and guide process improvements.
• Be the point of contact for all ocean-related matters.
