The successful candidate will negotiate rates, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in ERP systems, as well as being bilingual in English and Korean.

The position offers competitive benefits and a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ocean freight operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms and MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations for import and export shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ocean carriers and trucking companies.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts to optimize cost and service quality.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays and claims.
• Lead, train, and supervise ocean freight staff.
