Nippon Express USA is seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end export activities, customer interactions, and documentation. The role focuses on shipment coordination, invoicing, and collaboration with warehouses and carriers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates should have Ocean Export experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility with hours. SAP/Excel proficiency and adherence to SOPs are essential; DG certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Export coordination (monitoring, dispatching, invoicing, etc.).
• Understanding of Ocean Export process, EEI, and NVOCC / Non-NVOCC.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Flexibility with hours.
• Diligent in following SOPs.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• DG certified, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Service Quality.
• Coordination of daily shipments (documentation, arranging pickup, communicate with carriers, etc.).
• Billing functions.
• Develop and maintain collaboration with all staff.
• ISO Internal Audit.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
