Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder for Ocean Import to manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance, carrier booking, cargo tracking, and delivery to final destinations.

You will coordinate with carriers, brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery. The role requires prior freight forwarding/ocean imports experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean imports and freight forwarding is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ocean freight regulations and trade laws.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from carrier booking to delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance (invoices, B/Ls, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment status updates for customers.
