Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a dedicated Ocean Import Lead Agent to ensure timely movement of freight and information within the Ocean Import Department, delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with the team to manage operations, billing, and communications with internal and external stakeholders, while looking for process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in Ocean Import.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
