Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Ocean Operations Agent II to coordinate day-to-day ocean import and export activities for international shipments from the USA. You will manage data entry, bookings, routing, and milestones to support on-time delivery.

You will quote accurately, track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure billing aligns with company guidelines while maintaining a high standard of customer service and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day ocean import and export operations.

• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to customers.
• Ensure shipments are billed and KPI guidelines are met.
