Qualifications

• Knowledge of steamship lines' Bill of Lading and INCO terms preferred.
• Basic PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate customer shipping requirements.
• Prepare documents for ocean export and import shipments.
• Prepare invoices and AS-400 database entries accurately.
• Coordinate orders with trucking, rail, and warehouse companies.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
