Responsibilities include tracking shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience, preferably in ocean freight.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments.
• Ensure shipment documentation is received, processed, and distributed to the appropriate parties.
• Confirm details for incoming shipments.
• Coordinate tasks among team members to meet deadlines and keep processes running smoothly.
