Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Freight Forwarder, Ocean Export to manage export shipments via ocean, including carrier bookings, documentation, tracking and customer communication. Strong organizational skills and accurate communication are essential.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and movement through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
