Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry.

Responsibilities

• Track, trace, and update shipment status daily in Cargowise.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in Cargowise with detailed information.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Generate and monitor reports daily.
• Create invoices for billing purposes.
• Address inquiries and direct to the correct department.
