Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ocean export freight forwarding.
• Proficient in MS Excel, strong organization, follow-up and communication skills.
• Cargowise experience, hazmat certification, and general cargo/oil & gas or chemicals knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments in Cargowise daily.
• Creates and maintains customer profiles in Cargowise with detailed information.
• Maintains communication with internal and external parties via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Generates and monitors reports daily.
• Creates invoices for billing.
• Addresses inquiries and directs to the correct department.
