Job summary

NOCD is seeking independently licensed therapists in Illinois to join our telehealth team. As a NOCD Therapist, you will treat OCD using ERP and CBT through the NOCD video platform, manage your caseload, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree Required; Illinois licenses listed (Psychologist, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• At least 6 months of ERP/CBT/ACT experience.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; private remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing OCD knowledge.
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions.
