Job summary

NOCD is seeking an independently licensed therapist in New Hampshire to join our telehealth network. You will provide ERP/CBT-based therapy via our video platform, manage a caseload, and document care in our secure EHR.

You'll collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to clinical outcomes for members while working remotely from a private, distraction-free location.

Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree Required.
• New Hampshire: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with ERP/CBT/ACT preferred
• Experience with ERP treatment preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network of providers to support treatment decisions.
• Complete required weekly direct clinical hours and on-call sessions.
