Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Anderson, IN, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at Bethany Pointe Health Campus to work under an Occupational Therapist, delivering therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

You will assist with treatment plans, support patients in exercises and ADLs, document progress, and educate families, with benefits starting after the first month and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in OTA from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and ADL training.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
