Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans with therapists and deliver exercises and ADL training.
• Assist patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve independence.
• Document patient responses, progress, and report findings to supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and progress strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Support therapists with evaluating patient needs and progress.
