Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist across campus locations and home health settings. The role includes documenting patient progress, collaborating with the OT to enhance education for patients and families, and supporting cost-effective care.

Qualified candidates have an Associate Degree and an active OTA license, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Provides/assists with therapeutic interventions under supervision.
• Maintains documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborates with therapists to improve patient education methods.
• Assists with in-service training and staff education.
• Travel to campus locations and home health as needed.
• Ensures compliance with resident rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the team.
• Document the course of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with OT to develop patient education methods.
• Assist in in-service training and staff development.
• Travel to other campus locations as needed to home health assignments.
• Maintain resident rights and safety compliance.
• Participate in survey preparation activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
