Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and health-care team.
• Educates patients, families, and staff using effective methods.
• Produces clear documentation to support decisions and payer needs.
• Communicates changes in patient status to the team and plan for discharge.
