• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per regulations.
• Ensure a safe treatment environment with infection control.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Coordinate with staff on equipment and discharge planning.
