Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage in Virginia. You’ll join a team led by therapists who value your clinical voice and offer mentorship and respect.

Work locations include Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows in Laurel Fork, VA, with flexibility to fit your life while maintaining professional collaboration. The role emphasizes implementing plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home

Formación

• Associate degree required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
