Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN, daytime position at Seneca Place in Verona, PA. You will join a collaborative team led by licensed OTs and contribute to personalized patient care, scheduling flexibility, and continuity of services.

The role emphasizes implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on equipment and exercises, with NBCOT and state licensure required or preferred, and prior OTA experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program completed.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
