Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Newton, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for flexible PRN daytime shifts. You will work under supervision of an OT to implement treatment plans and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, an active COTA license in Illinois, NBCOT certification, and prior experience preferred; you will document progress and educate patients on adaptive equipment.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
