Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• At least 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
