Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime schedule at Williams Bay Health Services in Williams Bay, WI. You will work as part of a supportive team, implementing treatment plans under supervision and ensuring quality patient care.

The role requires an active COTA license in Wisconsin and NBCOT certification, with about one year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
