Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at our Watkins, MN location. The role requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and an active state COTA license with NBCOT certification. PRN schedule offers flexible hours to meet patient and clinic needs.

The successful candidate will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and adaptive equipment under supervision from an OT.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered COTA license is required (NBCOT certification also required).
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities
